Advertiser and/or their Agency agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Haunted Attraction Magazine, their publications, their successors, assigns, officers, employees and agents, from and against any and all loss, cost liability and expense including reasonable attorney’s fees and costs, arising out of or related to the publication of the advertisement provided. Further, advertiser agrees to pay in full, the amount written above, on or before the appropriate deadline for publication. Late or delinquent payments are subject to a 15% per month late charge. NSF checks will be charged $30 for bank fees and penalties.
